Girls Inc. Santa Fe is looking for a chief philanthropy officer to help it achieve its goal of inspiring 1,500 girls a year. Girls Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization focused on youth development and dance, is accepting applications for two new positions at its headquarters in SantaFe, New Mexico. Girls, Girls, Inc.-Santa Fe is looking for a director of Phil's philanthropy who has experience in fulfilling his mission of inspiring 1 million girls annually in the United States, Canada, Mexico and other parts of the world.


This position will be responsible for reporting to the Director of Development and will work closely with Board members and development staff to identify and qualify new perspectives, maintain board and personnel portfolios, and actively manage and maintain important donor donations. Salaries are based on the starting salary range of $60,000 to $70,500 for the chief of philanthropy. The salary will be based on experience with the organization and experience applying for jobs with other nonprofit organizations in New Mexico.


Candidates must be actively licensed by the New Mexico State Bar Association and be licensed within 3 months of employment in New Mexico. Three (3) years of professional experience is preferable, but they are or must have been an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Candidates have references from an ABA - recognised law school and have excellent written skills. They must be active within three months of hiring, at least one year older than the minimum age of 18, and have or have been admitted to a private, non-profit law firm in the state.

You must currently be licensed in the State of New Mexico, which requires at least three (3) years of experience in a private, non-profit law firm. They must work on financial transactions, preferably with donations for higher education.


Become an active member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe New Mexico Business Improvement District (BID) and promote the economic development and growth of our city and state.
